LDAP was working and then boom!


i had open ldap working and this morning before i went to rugby the power cable got pulled out the server by mistake and when it started up i could no longer login with anz ldap user,i didnt have time to look at it at the time but i have found out that LDAP isnt even starting up

when i try to start it up manualy i get the following out put

No replicas in slapd.conf file "/etc/openldap/slapd.conf"!
Error: : directory specified in "replogfile" slapd.conf directive does not exist

i have looked in my slapd.conf and cant find anything to do with what it says,

has any bodz please got anz ideas on what has been messed up?

ok i have fixed the logfile problem but i havent got a clue about the replica thing and am now getting

No replicas in slapd.conf file "/etc/openldap/slapd.conf"!

as the output when i try to start LDAP
i will be greatfull for any help on fixing this problem

any ideas? on why i get this errer message

ok i have now got LDAP running but it dosnt appear to be working,

when i try to connect to the ldap server using the directory administrater or through yast i alwazs get an error message saying it canot connect the the ldap server although it is running
