ldap help

I am using this guide to install ldap: http://www.siliconvalleyccie.com/linux-adv/ldap.htm

I am trying to add three LDIF files to the database

I use this command
ldapadd -x -D "cn=Manager,dc=example,dc=com" -W -f /etc/openldap/example.com.ldif

and I get this error:
adding new entry "dc=example,dc=com"
ldap_add: Type or value exists (20)
additional info: objectClass: value #1 provided more than once

I looks like there is something there already and I have tried to start from scratch many times but always get this error:

Can someone please help
Jeff
