Hi everyone,
I want to store my contacts on an LDAP server so when my girlfriend wants to acces them she can do it using her Windows.
Until now it works almost fine except that Evolution just can't store the title of my conacts (Mr, missis,..).
Here's a part of my slapd.conf:
Code:
#######################################################################
# Global Directives:
# Features to permit
#allow bind_v2
# Schema and objectClass definitions
include /etc/ldap/schema/core.schema
include /etc/ldap/schema/cosine.schema
include /etc/ldap/schema/nis.schema
include /etc/ldap/schema/inetorgperson.schema
include /etc/ldap/schema/evolutionperson.schema
#include /etc/ldap/schema/officeperson.schema
When I try to save a title in Evolution, it crashes with nothing about ldap on the console, but when I try it in Luma, here's what I get:
Code:
Impossible to save this entry.
Reason:{'info': "value of naiming attribute 'cn' is not present in entry", 'desc': 'Naming violation'}
I think it must be some kind of problem in my schemas, don't you think?
I feel it's almost done, but still I'm stuck here for weeks (even month!) now.
Any (even just a message of hope...
) help would be really really apreciated!
Benja
