kopete

Can anyone help me with setting up kopete. I think I have my accounts setup properly for yahoo . But when I go to file-connectall- nothing seems to be happening and when I go to the icon at the bottom the word offfline appear. I would appreciate the help. When I try to connect there is no staus bar showing .

Hey

What version are you running?

I'm having trouble with my kopete, not with yahoo but msn. I'm told that I would have to substantially upgrade KDE in order to get the latest netcode that circumvents msns latest protocol changes.
