Konqueror will not go online!

Hey guys,

I recently had an problem on my computer so I reinstalled SuSE 9.2 saving my other partitions (/home, /distro) as they were. However, now when I log in I get an error when I attempt to go to a website or do a google search in Konqueror...

couldn't find the program '%u'

It traverses my local directories fine so the whole app isn't hosed, I don't think.

I can ftp fine. It seems only related to HTTP...

Has anyone run into this problem before?

I don't know what the problem is, but maybe we can figure it out.
I would say that %u is a parameter this is not being sent or parsed correctly.

Check the file that is used to start Konquerer, (something like /home/myUserName/.kde/share/apps/kicker)
Try to follow what it is doing.

What is the command being used to start Konqueror (right click on Konqueror icon for Properties -> Applicaiton -> Command)

You could also try uninstalling and reinstalling Konqueror

kfmclient openProfile webbrowsing
