Kget

When configuring the Kget, I noticed a field for max and min bandwidth.

These are greyed out, like they are disabled from editing. How can I edit these fields?

Maybe its a root option or possibly just not supported yet.. I don't know for sure, I use wget from a terminal instead of any GUI interfaces for it..
