KDE -- hide and unhide menu, shortcut key?

i was wondering if its possible to have a shortcut key combination to show and hide the menu bar down the bottom?

like ctrl+alt+something to hide if its visible, and unhide if its hidden?

any ideas?

Right click on the panel. click configure panel. You can set autohide from there. The panel will stay hidden until the mouse pointer is put in the panel area.
