Jack and Guitarix simple question

Hello everyone,

I am trying to connect an instrument to my computer via Jack/Guitarix.

I am following the tutorial below:

When arriving to the Jack audio connection Kit screen (picture)

It seems that playback 1 and playback 2 writable clients are not here, and there is no "system" tab.
Would anybody know what could be the cause?

I haven't used that program but typically those tabs are generated based on the devices available on your system. If you do have writable devices, then the program may need to be configured to recognize them.

Thank you for your answer smallpond, it is making sense that the software is not recognizing the audio devices playback*.

Since I wrote this message a lot of problems have arisen from the use of Jack

And unfortunately my leisure time is not on the rise, therefore I*had to give up Jack and Guitarist.
