Is there any way to convert windows software to Linux?

Yeah, I have a game called return to castle wolfenstein I really want to get on Linux. It is formatted for windows, and will obviously not run In Linux. Is there ANY software out there that could make the games files to work with Linux? I doubt it from other threads I've read, but I guess I may as well ask.

my answer would be no... although there are ways to run windows software under linux, such as wine, winex bochs, vmware, etc... so don't give up...

I thought Return to Castle Wolfenstien had a linux client... either that or it was supported by winex... I have played it under linux. Check out www.transgaming.com and see if winex supports it.
