iptables VPN

I am trying to use my maptop to vpn into my work place. I am going through an iptables firewall and have opened the apporpiate ports for p 50, 51 and udp 500. however i keep timing out. I think the vpn software neets NetBios access. What syntax would I use to forward ports 137 and 139 to a destination?
