ipcop - can't access web interface

I was trying to get my network up and running and I changed a port forwarding rule. Now I can acccess the web from any of my client computers but I can't access the web interface for IPcop. I can ping the server fine but I get a connection refused when I try to goto either http://192.168.1.1:81 or https://192.168.1.1:445. Anyone know where I would be able to change the firewall rules too allow me access to this again? Thanks

-Eric
