access control in IPcop

Hi guys,

Does anyone know how to set access control in IPcop for a proxy server allowing and denying IP's for accessing a web site on web server behind the proxy. I know about IPtables but is there any point using them if i can outline who has access in the proxy servers firewall. I'm not sure which one to use for both the web server and th proxy server.

any answers would be great

Cheers William
