Following protocol delineated here to install OAST VPN on Ubuntu 14.04 LTS:

Completed about 75% of installation.

Obstacle at:

"Launch OAST via start menu (or on Ubuntu via Unity dock by typing “OAST”)

Enter you HMA! account Username and password, and then click the "Settings" button.
Browse to /etc/openvpn and select an *.ovpn file of the VPN server you wish to connect to."

approx. 2/3 down the page.

This is what happens:

I launch OAST. I enter my Password to perform administrative tasks, and that's it. Nothing happens after that.

A GUI box is supposed to pop up with a button option for "Settings," but it doesn't happen.

How do I troubleshoot this? Is there a way to get into the terminal and do it from there? I'm a lot less versed in that language, but with specific directions I can complete it via that method if need be.
