which files should be called from lapacks library for running zgeev?
and which files should be called in general?

As to the original question ...

I realize this is an old posting, but I didn't see a reply to your actual question. What might work for you would be to build the included BLAS files first, then rerun the top-level make.

$ cd BLAS/SRC
$ make
$ cd ../..
$ make

The BLAS build should generate librefblas.a in the right place and allow your original build to continue.
