Installing BloGTK

I downloaded and installed BloGTK to my system and when I try to run the executable I got this:
Traceback (most recent call last):
File "/usr//bin/BloGTK", line 9, in ?
pygtk.require("2.0") # This fixes a problem that sometimes causes an earlier library to be loaded
File "/usr/lib/python2.3/site-packages/", line 73, in require
assert versions.has_key(version), \
AssertionError: required version '2.0' not found on system

I downloaded PyGTK 2.0 but have had problems getting it to work right. what shoud I do?
