installation of konqueror from source

i want to install konqueror from source ,i am using fedora 4.

can any one tell where i can get konqueror source,i think it requires kde,so how to install kde ,which version is best kde 4 or kde 3.5.8 stable version.

how to install can any one suggest me

Why install from source?

What is necessary, useful, or interesting about that? What am I missing?
