Importing CVS address book from outllok to thunderbird


i exported my address book from outlook to a CVS file in order to import the addresses for Thunderbird .... when i try to import the CVS file , i can do that but the contacts in Thunderbird address book will be all messed up .... for example it's not able to import e-mail addresses and telephone / cell #s but it's able to pickup nick names and first names .... at the same time it's not able to pick up last name ....Anybody can help ???
