Image manager with vector support

I'm currently trying to find a image manager that supports vector images, specifically the SVG, AI, and EPS formats. F-Spot supports SVG, but not AI or EPS.

A batch conversion tool that works with the AI or EPS formats would be cool as well. I prefer SVG, but I sometimes have to use stock images for my work, and they all come in EPS or AI. Really, all I care is that I somehow, can manage my vector images, regardless of the format they ultimately will be in. As it stands, I have too many to effectively work with quickly (I've spent the last 3 hours sifting through thousands of images to try and find something).

I have settled on GqView. I haven't come across an image format that it can't display, it should be in most recent distribution repos. Here's the homepage anyways. link

Yeah, had already looked into that. Doesn't support Illustrator files (Postscript or PDF based versions), or encapsulated post script files. Does do SVG, but still, doesn't help me, since I have a few thousand ai and eps files I want to include too.
