The version you are using is not supported by ICQ. Download a free authorized ICQ version from ICQ's official website.

I tried licq, pidgin and others and I got the same message

Does anyboby know what was happend with icq?

The news said that ICQ have just changed protocol again - possibly to kill off "free" clients. Possible solutions:
1) Update to latest version of ICQ client.
2) If it is already latest, wait for new release that will adopt new protocol.
3) Try another cleint. Some of them might work.
