Iceweasel scrolling leaves behind gtk api title mark

When i browse gtk api and scroll down and then up within that page it leaves
behind title of that page. So the amount of page i scrolled up is covered with
the title. The real api is behind that title. It's really annoying . I have to
refresh the page everytime. I am using Debian Etch and iceweasel 2.0.0.19 Is
there anyway to fix it? Also this happens only when browsig gtk api.
