I want a software to burn pictures on cd & playable on TV


I am using openSUSE 10.3.I have some pictures which I want to burn on CD then cd player should show them one by one on TV as directed from remote.In india TV system is PAL.

Just a suggestion, I know DeVeDe allows quite a bit of customization of DVDs you create, including PAL format, perhaps it would let you create a picture show.

If your player integrated with suitable codec(jpg, jpeg) then you can view the images one-by-one, what is your problem dont you have cd burning software for openSUSE?

PAL is the european system also, every burner should let you burn at least for both PAL and NTSC

if I burn all the images like data on cd.Can the cd player show them one by one.Does it not require a particular resolution for TV.Also in India TV system is PAL-B does it not affect the required format of burnt cd.

dvd-slideshow should be able to generate (S)VCD isos as well.

(use the -p switch for PAL)
