Talking I just put Fedora core 2 on my pc!


I do not know anything about this os and I would like to install ayttm-0.4.6-17.fc2.i386.rpm but do not know how to.

I do have it downloaded but that is it.

When I click the file it wants to know what to open it with.

You can install it with the rpm command:
rpm -ivh /path/to/ayttm-0.4.6-17.fc2.i386.rpm

Open terminal (konsole, xterm, ... ) and type su to login as user root. Then type rpm -Uvh ayttm-0.4.6-17.fc2.i386.rpm to install the package.
