I'm looking to hire a linux- systum admin for an hour to set up my server for me..

I need some stuff done on my server... .htaccess, php mod-rewrite, some folders parsed as php4 and the rest parsed as php5 etc.... Anyone have a link to a website of people that I can hire to do this for me?
