How to use h264_vaapi and h264_qsv manually on obs-studio and simplescreenrecorder?

Hello everyone, im using a translator so i apologize if English is not appropriate.
I started these days testing encoders and decoders on integrated intel cards and I came across a problem.

If i use the way like this photo i can use h264_vaapi without problems.

but now if i try to use it manually i cannot record, maybe because im not adding additional lines in the settings. As in this picture.

Same problem in the simplecreenrecorder that needs to be manually, when I select h264_vaapi or h264_qsv it does not record at all.

Anyone with experiences with these programs who have intel can help me?
