[SOLVED] How to uninstall Firefox package installed in ~/bin

In an effort to get the latest Firefox package I installed the package for Linux from Mozilla download page using these commands:

mkdir -p ~/bin
tar -xf /home/makem/Desktop/firefox-115.0.2.tar.bz2
tar -xf /home/makem/Desktop/firefox-115.0.2.tar.bz2 --directory ~/bin

How do I uninstall the package?

I find I can delete the ~/bin directory.

Depending on the distro you have, you might be able to install the newer versions via the Backports repository. That way you can uninstall it the same way if it comes down to that.
