How to terminate X application?

Many Window Managers have a key combination (e.g. Alt-F4) that terminates the currently focused application. My Window Manager (ratpoison) doesn't have that. So, is there some program which I can use (which could be bound to a key combination) that will terminate (not kill) the currently focused X app? Without this functionality, I have to always either use the mouse (defeats the purpose of using ratpoison), or type Ctl-F, then go to quit, or exit in the menu. There should be an easier way.
I know xkill isn't what I want, since that usually (doesn't always, according to the man) kills the app, and I still have to use the mouse. Any ideas?

Boy, I'm an idiot. I read the man page a bunch of times, and kept missing it. I found ratpoison's builtin way to do it. Sorry about that.
