You will need to edit your /etc/samba/smb.conf file.

You can change\add the following lines:

Code:
guest = nobody
security = share
Restart the service.

Then just make sure your shares allow guest access.

Code:
sudo /etc/init.d/samba restart

Also, please make an attempt at capitalization and spelling in the future. You will get a better response if people do not think you are 10. This is not YouTube.

What GamezR2EZ posted might solve the issue entirely for you; however, there are other parameters that have an effect. If it doesn't, please post the section of your smb.conf file that lists the share. It should start with

Code:
[share_name]
path = /path/to/share
...
guest ok = yes
If nothing else, aside from what GamezR2EZ said, make sure that your guest ok parameter is set to yes.

ok thx for the reply, i try it works but something goes wrong. May be i will give more detail.

Ok, i've installed debian with samba on a pc, and act as pdc. and the other pc, debian with samba joined domain to pdc. i used the second pc as file server (file sharing server).
all user's using pc with windows xp pro joined domain to the same pdc, and each pc mapping drive from shared folder on file server.
right now the setting of security = domain. when i changed to security = share, anyone can't access to shared folder.
i want to create a folder at file server can access by all user without credential.

may be i will attached the configuration of smb.conf later

thx again for the reply
