Question How to install "service pack creator" in fedora12

I want to get a backup of my packages that I have installed on my computer. When I was searching I found out that "service pack creator" is there to do the thing.

But service pack creator is not installed in my fedora12.

I searched it on Add/Remove Software but I could not find it. Can any one please tell me how to install it?

Thank you.

dude,

1.) configure the yum repository for Fedora 12 and try yum <package name>
2.) If not available in the repository download the source from the proprietary website, extract and follow the README file or INSTALL file

I don't mean to be nosey, but I find this interesting. Why do you want to get a backup of the packages installed on your computer?

rpm -qa | sort > installed-packages.txt
.. will save an alphabetic package list to /home/<user-name>/

rpm -qa --last > last-packages
.. A list with install time, the latest installed package in line 1.
..
