How to enable write access on my NTFS partition?

Hello,

I jus fresh install Mandriva 2008. I can read my NTFS partition but can't write.

I've installed ntfs-3g. But still can't write.

Thanks,

Are you mounting with 'ntfs-3g <partition> <directory>'? I think the mount commant doen't use ntfs-3g, you have to use the ntfs-3g command.

as others mentioned, ntfs-3g is the answer. Works like a charm on my CentOS 5.1 system, and I am writing to a Windows Vista NTFS partition.

A kernel driver would be better, but ntfs-3g works fine.
