Did you install lilo during install?
If not you will have to boot using a boot disk, which you can make from within windows.
Use rawrite.exe found on disk 1 in directory dosutils to write the image boot.img to a floppy.(found on disk 1 directory images)
After this you will have to edit your lilo.conf file among other things, but first make a boot disk and boot your linux and post us your /etc/lilo.conf file if it exist along with your partitions info. Use fdisk -l, you need to be root.
