How to add True Type fonts to ghost script

I'm trying to find information on how to add True Type fonts to ghost script. I know it is possible and I saw a few example on the net. But I still not too sure how to actually doing it. The example is on how to install multiple fonts using perlscript or something. But I know nothing about perlscript. So not too sure how it exactly will work and what exactly will happen. I think I need to know more manual way of adding True Type fonts to ghostscript fontmap.gs.. If anyone know, can help me out? Thanks.
