How to add other languages in RH9

Hello,

I would like to add other languages in my Linux Red Hat 9. When I made the installation, I selected only one language, French. When I go in the menu system/Language, in the window, there is only the language that I choosed at the install. Now, I wish to add another language, English. I can not remake the installation. I tried to upgrade with CD which I made the install but I did not find the packages which relate to the languages.
What can I do ?

do you mean how to add languages in KDE?
then you should probably install package kde-i18n-en or something first...
