How to activate license of RHEL 5.3 after installation...
Hi
I want to know how do i activate RHEL 5.3 servers Enterprise edition and Advance plateform License after installation as during installation I had no Key And also I have no internet connection on my RHEL servers. Please help. Thanks.
There is no license to activate. You pay for support and updates, not the operating system itself. You can register support allowances on the rhn.redhat.com site.
If you mean you skipped the registration and now want to register. Just run this:
Quote:
# rhn_register
The installation key itself doesn't matter, it merely enables you to install the AP specific packages during installation. (Virt, Cluster & such things)
