how do you install Cisco Aeronet Client Ultilty on suse 9.1

I am new to linux and have decided to make the change for I am tired of xp's shortcomings. My problem is I have installed suse 9.1 on three of my 4 machines and I have wireless internet. One machine has a cisco aironet 350 pci card that feeds my internet. Suse came with every program I need so I have never installed one before. When I called my ISP to get my ip info to set my internet connection backup They said I have to have ACU installed to put more in than just an ip because that is what is needed to make it work. How do I install acu in layman's terms to get me online until I learn how to use my linux properly. Thanks in advance for your help!!

Hi;

Before you install Cisco ACU, you need (1) libsigc++ and (2) gtkmm to be installed on you computer, you can use YaST to install libsigc++ and Yast will auto select gtkmm for you.

Goto

www.cisco.com/public/sw-center/sw-wireless.shtml

follow the instruction to download the ACU driver from Cisco, after download use winzip to unzip it and
use Linux tar to untar it, follow the instructions in the readme file to install the ACU.

goo luck.
