How do I installed BERYL to FEDORA 6?

Hi, my system is restarting every time that I tried to run BERYL, the screen just goes blank and then it goes to the login screen again....

It could be a problem with your graphics settings. Do you know what graphics card you are using on your system?

Verify that you have installed your drivers for your graphics card, that you have the newest beryl from the updates repository and that X.org is the newest version from the repo too. If that's fine then check if Composite is enabled in your /etc/xorg.conf file. You can try looking in the /var/log/xorg.0.log file to find what caused the error.

Question: Are you running Gnome or KDE for your Desktop? I experienced in the past that I could not run Beryl successfully under KDE. Yet I could see all of its wonder under Gnome.

But what really helps if you post the version you are using. Also running beryl using SLI doesn't work either. We need some information ...

ok, guys I installed UBUNTU 7.10, and I managed to run Beryl, but I need to find the rendering option for the VC (NVIDIA 6000), I don't have SLI....
