How do access aplus fsf

I am running Fedora 8 and have downloaded aplus-fsf-4.20.2-22.fc8.i386 interpreter. The update utility claims that I have downloaded and installed this package successfully, yet I cannot find the application. Does anyone have experience with this application?

/usr/bin/a+
/usr/lib/a+ (folder)
/usr/lib/aplus-fsf (folder)
and some files in /usr/share (fonts etc)
And: you can always open an rpm-package with the midtnight-commander (usr/bin/mc)
and see all content.
