Thumbs up hostname issue

Yo there, I was using opensuse12.3 in two machines with a new router, then it happens that in one machine the hostname changed by itself, in the other I setup the hostname; disabling an option of getting hostname via dhcp server (the router I guess) it reverts to the base name, so the question its why in one machine the hostname was overrided with the option and in the other it doesnt changed even when the dhcp option was enabled (the one which previously settled hostname)
Thanks

Maybe a reserved issue on router?
