Hijacking

Can anyone suggest me an simple application to hijack a TCP connection between two computers?

It's for university work. I have a course called "Security and Systems management" and I'd like to show a simple exemple of hijack in the work's presentation.

Please help me!

We discourage this kind of thing on our forums, not because I think you intend to do anything evil or illegal... but because we have a blanket policy not to discuss anything that has potential evil usage.
