Question help with streamtuner installation

Hi, I'm trying to install streamtuner on RHEL3 using this command:

rpm -Uvh streamtuner-0.12.5-1.rhfc2.nr.i386.rpm

This is the error I get:

error: Failed dependencies:
curl >= 7.10.8 is needed by streamtuner-0.12.5-1.rhfc2.nr
libc.so.6(GLIBC_2.3.4) is needed by streamtuner-0.12.5-1.rhfc2.nr

I'm sure glibc and curl are installed so I don't get why this is happening,

any thoughts??

It says " curl >= 7.10.8",
this means the your installed curl version must at least be 7.10.8
Please double check your installed curl version.
