Help with installing Bible on Vector Linux ...

Hi,

I have Vector Linux 6.0 installed on my PC and I absolutely love it. However I would like to install Bible (religious) on this computer. I tried to run BibleSeeker Software with wine(1.1.18) but it complains about jre enviorment not found.

I would really like to have a Bible installed on my computer even if it is just a console one. The thing is I do _not_ want to take off Vector from my pc as I have really grown used to it and I want that distro no matter what.

There is one more issue : This pc that I have is offline. No hopes of getting this pc online till the end of the year

Can someone please help me out or give me some pointers where to find such a Bible.

Thanks for reading.

So why don't you install the java runtime environment? That's what it appears to want? Do you know how to do it? If not, ask.
cheers,
jdk

Gee jlinkels,

That was awesome. Thanks a lot for the read. You just made my day

Well, as far as the JRE is concerned I really do not know how to install it. So that was my issue jdkaye. I will try and install that too and see.
