I want the exact command for generating UDP/IPv6, TCP/IPv6 traffic using iperf 2.0.4.
currently the command i used is
iperf -s -V (in server side)
iperf -c <inet6 address> -V (in client side)
but it is not working, it is showing some error message and client is stopped, that message is shown below
[root@new-host-8 ~]# iperf -c fe80::216:17ff:feba:59e0 -u -i 1

kindly help me, i have to complete my work.
Start by reading the error message. It says you need to provide a destination address, so check the syntax of your command, and give it what it's asking for.
Which machine (client or server), are you running this command on?

This message is from the client machine, actually i am giving the destination inet6 address you can see in the capture (after -c fe80..).
so i am providing the exact format to be followed for iperf.
