I installed both wine and winesetuptk from RPM on Fedora Core2.
Start with
winesetuptk
Select your wine config file by hitting
Other and
Browse on the first screen or use the default if it exists.
On the second screen select
Use an existing windows partition: if winesetuptk detects it, else you can create a fake-windwos.
On the next screen I just selected
NEXT but you can take a look at all things there. Here I always use WIN98 emulation.
Usualy it's a like Windows...Next...Next...Next...Finish
