Question Hardware Component & devices monitor with OpenNMs


Hi All,

i want to monitor Physical servers - temps, powerededge System and Hardware RAID component.

Did its possible with OpenNMS, Server and client have on different OS plat form.

Yes, and AGAIN, you need to read the OpenNMS documentation. Just putting in "temperature" in their website search box pulls up lots, like this:

Again, get SNMP working, and load whatever MIB's you want/need. Doesn't get much simpler than that.
