GRUB WindowsXP

Hello,
I have two hard disks, in the first I have instaled Windows and in the second Linux. In a first time GRUB was installed in the first sector of the master disk (windows). Then I installed GRUB in the /dev/hdb (in MBR of the second hard disk). I only can boot Linux if I change the BIOS setup and choose hda (windows) and hdb (linux). This is my first problem.
My second problem itīs that I have thecnical problems with de programs which use the shared libraries Fw: error while loading shared libraries: <"all libraires">: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
Thanks in advanced

which understand i think u have OS selection problem, means that u install both os on 2 dififrents hard disks and urs grub boot loader dose not work properly and u have to change boot sequence from bios every time u want to switch OS.
here u can add windows in linux boot loader or linux in windows boot loader. use this following site may u solve urs problem.
