i 've got "Grub read error" when i switch on my box.

i have windows and Centox 3.x installed.
It seems that i 've got a kernel problem.

It arrives because a few days ago there was an electricity cut off "black out" so no current and my box was on, since then i ' ve got this problem..

how to deal with please

Hasn't got that far - more likely you've got a plain and simple hard disk error. Fire up your rescue disk and fsck - start with the partition with /boot.
If it's journalled you might be lucky (or not).
