gpg: figuring who something was encrypted for

I'm trying to figure out why something won't decrypt, and I'm wondering if the line
Code:
gpg: encrypted with ELG-E key, ID 1A1A2B2B
indicates the same ID as it would be listed in
Code:
gpg --list-keys
?
