Gnustep (libgnustep-*) linking not allowed in FC8

Hello everyone,

I've successfully compiled gnustep-startup-0.18, everything goes fine, except, well, objectivec-c code linking...

ldconfig, both after the installation of GS-startup and when trying to run my applications, says it can't access (lstat) two libraries ,libgnustep-base and libgnustep-gui, reporting that permission is denied, despite the fact I tried doing that from root as well.

I think it could be a FC's problem, regarding SELinux protection but I compiled gnustep-startup with libFFI, which should solve such problem, so I'm really clueless.

I'm going to post a similar question on gnustep's mailing list ASAP.

thank you for your attention

HT
