GnuCash no setup screen on first installation
Using Linux Mint 19.1 and the software manager installing GnuCash comes up with a plain screen saying Unsaved Book on the top and has no colour at all that is shown in the Help.
In the Help it says on first installation it comes with a setup screen and my one does not.
Anyway to go to the setup screen as I am a bit lost with this?
I cannot figure out what to do from this screen. I note it is also an older version when the site says a new version is 3.4 but there is no download except for compiling it and I am unable to manage that either.
I used to be quite a distro hopper. In all my installs and configs I've never seen a setup window pop for Gnucash on Linux. Didn't even know it was supposed to exist. I always do it manually. File > Properties, and Edit > Preferences.
