I typed in terminal
Code:
sudo apt-get install gnome-shell
then it says some 54mb space will be used.
then issues a warning message:
Code:
WARNING: The following packages cannot be authenticated!
  x11proto-core-dev libice-dev libsm-dev libxau-dev libxdmcp-dev
  x11proto-input-dev x11proto-kb-dev xtrans-dev libpthread-stubs0

  libxcb-render-util0-dev libcairo2-dev libglib2.0-dev mesa-common-dev
  xbase-clients gjs mutter-common libmutter0 mutter gnome-shell
then after some attempts of fetching from repos, it gives error message like this:
Code:
E: Unable to fetch some archives, maybe run apt-get update or try with --fix-missing?

Deleted wrong answer, was for debian, not ubuntu.
You need to get the gpg keys.

Kind regards
