Gentoo install kmilo

Hello there
I want to install kmilo on gentoo but when I try to do it I get the following

aeruz@vaio-andy---> emerge -up kmilo

These are the packages that would be merged, in order:

Calculating dependencies... done!

blocks B ] =kde-base/kdeutils-3.5* (is blocking kde-base/kmilo-3.5.5)
[blocks B ] =kde-base/kmilo-3.5* (is blocking kde-base/kdeutils-3.5.5)
[ebuild N ] kde-base/kmilo-3.5.5 USE="kdeenablefinal kdehiddenvisibility -arts -debug (-pbbuttonsd) -xinerama"

I do not know what flags to use to get kmilo running or how to do it
Any ideas?

Thanks in advance

I would suggest throwing this question into the Gentoo Forum

It looks like you do not have the split build of KDE installed ... so kdeutils is going to stop your installation of kmilo.
